PARTICIPATION FEES
The participation fee does not include value-added tax (VAT).
The participation fee varies for each participant depending on the selected type of participation.
The participation fee must be paid exclusively through the online payment platform.
Mediamed reserves the right to limit participants to a single purchase of the participation fee per email address.
EVENT ACCESS
After purchasing the participation fee and completing the registration form on the website https://3decho.auxologico.it/, participants will receive a registration confirmation by email.
If the participant does not complete the registration form, they may be considered unregistered and may not receive access details for the online platform or on-site event.
Access information will be sent to participants at least 24 hours before the start of the event.
PARTICIPATION FEE REFUND POLICY
Participants (individuals and/or legal entities) have the right to cancel their registration up to 15 calendar days before the event for which the fee was paid, regardless of the chosen payment method.
If the cancellation request is made after this deadline, the paid fee will not be refunded.
Refund requests must be made in writing to office@mediamed.ro. The request must include the participant’s full name, the name of the event for which the participation fee was paid, the purchase date, and the paid amount.
In the case of a refund, Mediamed will reimburse the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase.
SRIM will refund all amounts received from the participant within 30–45 calendar days from the receipt of the written refund request.
The participation fee will not be refunded if it was paid using sponsorship, voucher, or prize.
The participation fee will not be refunded if the participant did not attend the event at the location.
Mediamed reserves the right to make changes to the event program, including changes beyond its control. Such changes do not entitle participants to request a refund of the participation fee.
Transferring participation fees to others is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose (profit, commercial gain, etc.).
Additionally, the participation fee will be fully refunded if:
– the event is canceled by Auxologico;
– the event is postponed/rescheduled to a later date.
In both cases, Auxologico undertakes to announce the refund method on the website https://3decho.auxologico.it/ and through communication channels (newsletter, social media, etc.).
